These terms cover use of the Avon & Cotswold Building Services website. They are not a construction contract. Any building work requires a separately agreed written quotation and contract setting out the work, payment terms, programme and relevant rights.
Guides, tools & quotations
Our advice pages and tools are general guidance for homeowners in England. Cost guide figures are shown plus VAT, with what is included alongside. Your price is set out in a written quote. Sending an enquiry does not book an appointment; we will be in touch to arrange one.
Plans and photographs you send
Only upload files you own or are entitled to share. Do not include unnecessary personal information or confidential material belonging to someone else. Your enquiry and attachments are handled as described in the privacy notice.
